Those planning to attend NACCL-20 are encouraged to register online for the conference. Besides reduced registration rates, a further incentive for online registration is that it includes the conference banquet that will be held on Saturday evening, 26 April 2008, at the conference hotel. (Option to purchase a banquet ticket for your guest is available as part of the online registration process.) Due to space and other planning logistics, registration for the conference is limited. Registration priority will be given to those currently, or had been, affiliated with a college or university (e.g., current students, current faculty members, retired faculty members, college/university graduates). Please plan as early as possible, and be sure to register online at your earliest possibility for the conference and, if needed, reserve your hotel accommodation at the conference hotel! We look forward to seeing you at the NACCL-20 conference in April!
1. Fill out the online registration form and Verify Your Registration. [1]
2. Await pre-registration confirmation and assignment of an ID number. [2]
3. Make your payment (credit card / check / money order). [3]
[1] Be sure not to neglect the second part of this step—verifying your registration—for completing your online registration. After submitting the online registration form, a validation email is sent to the email address that you gave in the form. Please follow the link in the email to complete your online registration.
[2] An email will be sent from NACCL-20 to confirm your registration for the conference. Included in the email is your ID number to enter into the "ID #" slot in the payment form. Payment will not be processed without the assigned ID number. (Note: Step 2 is relevant for conference attendees only; authors on the program have pre-assigned ID numbers.)
[3] Payment by fax, although processed off-line, is still the quickest and most efficient payment method. Payment by check or money order is mainly viable for sending from within the United States, because the check/money order must be in U.S. funds.
